That we need friends is a universal fact. They are oftentimes our shoulder to cry on, secret-keepers, and listeners. Whenever we’re up or down – perhaps second or more than family – they are the ones we run to whether they like it or not. Sometimes they can even understand our feelings more than we do and know what’s best to do. They are an extension of our being so to speak.
I met my circle in college. As in every story, things start with first impressions that usually don’t live long. She’s too loud, he’s too silent, but we embrace diversity because that’s how life goes. We can paint a better portrait if we mix colours, right?
Now everybody is pre-occupied so every chance to get together is something to cherish.
